Big Family Adventures on the Oregon Coast
Every other year, the Frederiksen side bunks together in one house for a big family reunion. And when I say big, there are eleven adults and twelve kids ranging from 0 to 13 years old. The house is bursting at the seams! It is loud, energetic, and so much fun. The Frederiksens grew up going to the Oregon Coast for their family vacations, so they decided this was the year to head back with their own kids. This was my first time on the Oregon Coast, and it now has a little piece of my heart. Foggy beaches, lush forests, seafood galore… ah, I wouldn’t mind a little of that right now.
One of our favorite things about the Oregon Coast is the abundance of things to do with a family, whether small or large. Even better, there are so many things to do that were free: hiking, playing on the beach, looking at tide pools, searching out lighthouses, or strolling through coastal towns. And the list could go on. Check out our highlight video below!
If you haven’t been to the Oregon Coast, put it on your Explore List. Next week we will be sharing details of our trip to help you with your next coastal adventure. Stay tuned!
A special thank you to Nancy and Dellas for putting the whole thing together so we could create some wonderful memories as a family!
